Bryan has more than 35 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and in the private equity, investment banking/corporate finance, and risk management consulting fields. He has personally overseen the raising and deployment of over $1.1 billion of equity capital.
Justin Dye comes with 25+ years of experience in high-level strategic management, mergers and acquisitions, operations, private equity and corporate finance. Justin is the Chairman of Schwazze, a vertically integrated cannabis operator with a regional focus and leading retail footprint in both Colorado and New Mexico. Prior to joining Schwazze, he played a critical role in the private equity consortium that acquired national grocery chain Albertsons, Inc., where he led company expansion with more than $40 billion in acquisitions, divestitures and real estate transactions. During Mr. Dye’s tenure at Albertsons, sales grew approximately $10 billion to more than $60 billion.
With over 35 years of experience, Mitch is a recognized commentator on real estate, housing, and the economy, frequently appearing on Fox Business, Fox News, Newsmax, Bloomberg, and other networks. Previously, he was a Partner at PwC, leading its Real Estate Advisory practice. Mitch is the founding partner of Macro Trends Advisors LLC, a real estate investment and market strategy firm. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego’s Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate.
Kevin is a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record of creating value for investors and delivering superior risk-adjusted returns across various platforms. With over two decades of experience in the finance industry, Kevin has held several leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Investment Officer. Kevin started his career as an analyst at a multi-billion-dollar investment advisory firm and went on to hone his investment expertise during his role as Chief Investment Officer at a boutique investment firm he founded and managed for eight years, where he focused on driving innovation and risk management across numerous asset classes
Andrew Powell brings 20+ years of experience in financial and alternative investments, including public security markets, real estate, cannabis, agriculture and private equity. As the founder of Powell Ventures LLC, Andrew drives value to a $100MM+ real estate portfolio, through strategic consulting for acquisitions, complex negotiations, asset management, and optimal tax planning. In previous leadership roles, he sourced and executed over $225MM in real estate transactions at Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., and delivered a 143% return on a commodity derivatives portfolio as co-founder of NEOS Special Opportunities Fund LP, demonstrating his ability to deliver impressive returns across various asset classes.
Ken Diehl brings over 30 years of executive leadership in the retail industry, and has built a reputation for driving profitable growth across complex, multi-billion-dollar organizations. His expertise spans operations, marketing, merchandising, and strategic pricing, with a consistent focus on maximizing return and delivering sustained sales and earnings improvement. Ken’s leadership has produced measurable results across a range of national and regional retailers. At Jewel-Osco, he drove a 20% increase in sales by optimizing pricing strategies, strategic acquisition, and modernizing merchandising execution. At Strack & Van Til, he led a turnaround effort that resulted in a 30% profit increase through operational restructuring and strategic pricing and cost management
Suzanne brings 30 years of diverse legal and business experience, including strategic business planning, complex business transactions, tax law, equity and debt financings for emerging companies. In addition to her extensive legal experience, Suzanne has served in significant management and operational roles for a variety of companies.
April has 25+ years of experience and has worked on over 20 affiliated investment funds and operating companies. Her experience includes providing professional accounting services across various industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, hotel, multi-family apartments, wine, entertainment, media production, hedge funds, and private equity investments. As the Corporate Controller, April is responsible for all accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, treasury management, financial reporting, new business due diligence, budgeting, audit and tax oversight.
Dave brings over 20 years of retail leadership experience, with expertise in operations, marketing, merchandising, pricing, analytics/BI, compliance, and finance. He previously served as Director of Enterprise Analytics at Leslie’s Pool Supplies, where he played a key role in the company’s IPO, earnings releases, real estate expansion, and predictive analytics. Before joining Leslie’s, Dave led Finance at Jewel-Osco, overseeing FP&A and accounting activities for over $5B in annual revenue
